Certificates and Film Targets
These certificates and targets meet the South Carolina Department of Archives and History's standards for microfilming and must be used by certified microfilm vendors.  The following are all Word 97 documents.  Follow the suggestions above for working with these certificates and targets.

Help with completeing Word forms 

Follow these steps:

1. Click on the form name to download it
2. Save the blank form for future use
3. Open the form in Microsoft Word
4. Following the instructions accompanying each form, complete the form. 
5. 'Save As' the form using a new name so that the blank form can be used again.
6. Print the form and after reviewing it, obtain the necessary signatures and forward to the appropriate staff at the SC Department of Archives and History
